Erica and Mike are a splendid couple that I had the
honor of photographing last month. Their unique afternoon wedding took
place on
June 13th at the incredible Portland White House. I love photographing
the White House, which is a historic Bed and Breakfast located in NE
Portland and filled with vintage antiques and furniture. Erica and
Mike’s intimate affair was vintage-inspired and filled with unique and
fun details. Erica created her own feather hair piece as well as the
fun pink bridesmaid’s hair clips. The feathers were also Incorporated into the boutonnieres, made by the talented folks at Broadway Florist. The colors were hot pink and soft
blue, with vintage birdcages as centerpieces and a cake topper from the
1930’s that Erica’s dad painted to match the couple! (so cool and
adorable) The ceremony and reception were filled with happiness and love
and I am SO happy to have been in attendance. Hope you love the sneak
peek Erica and Mike and Congrats! Your comments are appreciated if you
have the time 🙂

Kudos on the first photo with Mike holding the flowers out at the side and Erica standing stiffly beside him. An evocative and very vintage pose.

I love your picture Mike and Erica, and if I can order some copies, I’ll get the blk & wht of your moms and the sunglassed Groom and groomsmen and the one of you two in front of the White House and the one of you looking at one another. The pictures tell a beautiful love story!

These photos are beautiful and really stand out. My friend absolutely adores the brides shoes. The colour, the height, the material etc. She is getting married in August 2011 (in the United Kingdom). I know it’s a long shot, but do you have any idea where they were from?? Thank you!
