Katie and Dan were making a big move to Texas after getting engaged, but wanted to commemorate their time together in Portland before leaving. We made sure to include all the most iconic Portland scenes including beautiful city views in SE Portland along the East Bank Esplanade and gorgeous forest scenery in Forest Park at Hoyt Arboretum. I’m very excited & honored to travel to Austin this weekend to photograph their wedding!
Laura and Gary are a fun and laid-back couple who wanted their engagements to showcase all the beauty of fall in Portland. We met on the East Side Esplanade for sweeping views of the city and stunning architectural photos on the Tilikum Bridge. Their wedding is just around the corner and will be hosted at The Evergreen among close friends and family.

Dominique and Kevin are a travel-loving couple from Chicago who have been all over the world together. Now they’re both looking to make a home together… which starts with getting married! For their engagements, we walked along the riverside in Portland for some stunning photos filled with some of Portland’s most iconic bridges and skyscrapers. The couple are getting married at an intimate ceremony here in Portland and I can’t wait for their big day!

I had the best time photographing gorgeous couple Jackie and Jordan alongside their cute pup, Buddy! We captured stunning photos amidst the classic Portland sign and downtown along the Park Blocks. I love when the Portland Art Museum has epic displays that make for interesting and artistic backdrops. We then enjoyed some VIP access to gorgeous sun kissed rooms and an incredible rooftops inside a Portland high-rise. This was quite epic as I totally love photographing on rooftops and this rooftop was non-accessible to the public, so it made the experience quite incredible. Enjoying each other’s company high above the city as the sun set below Portland, Jackie and Jordan danced and laughed together as they toasted to a bright future. Wishing these two all the love and happiness and I’m so excited to be documenting their destination wedding in Napa coming this May. Nicole and Matt are a fun and exhuberant couple who live in NYC but decided that Portland was the perfect destination for their 2015 wedding. We had a lot of fun during our Portland themed engagement shoot. The bridges, the buildings and the vibe. We shared a lot of laughs and I’m really looking forward to their September wedding!
Gina and Jesse are sweet as can be, and will be getting married this August! Since they met on the PSU campus about 5 years ago, we decided to include a little of their love story in their photos. So, we photographed at the Portland State University campus, around and in a few of the cool buildings there. This ended up being awesome, because we dodged an insane rainstorm! Phew! I fell in love with their pup, Wally, who is a natural in front of the camera. We ended the shoot in Forest Park and love the juxtaposition between the urban vibe and the natural look. I’m SO excited for their wedding this August and can’t wait to share those pics too! Gina’s stunning hair and makeup by the talented Jein King.
Josie and Christophe are a worldly couple with a lot of love and laughter! We had a lot of fun meeting at the couple’s favorite Starbucks and then went to the Rose Garden, which is where Christophe proposed. Originally from France, Christophe met Josie working for an airline and now reside in Atlanta. Their wedding will be taking place at the rad Left Bank Project and I’m more than excited to be documenting their big day in September!
