Jackie and Jordan
A Portland Rooftop Engagement

I had the best time photographing gorgeous couple Jackie and Jordan alongside their cute pup, Buddy! We captured stunning photos amidst the classic Portland sign and downtown along the Park Blocks. I love when the Portland Art Museum has epic displays that make for interesting and artistic backdrops. We then enjoyed some VIP access to gorgeous sun kissed rooms and an incredible rooftops inside a Portland high-rise. This was quite epic as I totally love photographing on rooftops and this rooftop was non-accessible to the public, so it made the experience quite incredible. Enjoying each other’s company high above the city as the sun set below Portland, Jackie and Jordan danced and laughed together as they toasted to a bright future. Wishing these two all the love and happiness and I’m so excited to be documenting their destination wedding in Napa coming this May. An Oregon Golf Club Sri Lankan Wedding

Vi and Alex are not only a stunning couple, but also kind, super laid back and hella cool. We had a blast getting to know each other during their downtown rooftop engagement session and their September wedding took place at the elegant Oregon Golf Club in West Linn, Oregon. Their wedding was so full of color, light, joy and tradition and I had a blast photographing their remarkable day. Coordination by the always talented Bridal Bliss team with stunning florals by Bella Bloom and hair and makeup from Olivia Hawthorne. Dance party was insane with DJ Zimmie along with an equally insane wedding cake created by Dream Cakes along w/ killer party food with 1927 S’mores. I loved the beautiful Sri Lankan lamp lighting ceremony where the bride and groom and their families took turns lighting an oil lamp to signify the two families becoming one family. This was truly a wedding that I’ll never forget filled with bold colors, laughter, dancing and SO MUCH LOVE and you can see it in print now in the most recent Real Weddings issue of Oregon Bride Magazine.

A Downtown Sentinel Hotel

Elegant, Timeless, Classic and Fun!!! Loved getting to know this couple and the fun adventure we had during their fun engagement session. The lovely Elizabeth with Bridal Bliss coordinated and Blum Florals created the AMAZING florals with gorgeous and unique details (loved the blueberry gold dish centerpieces and the hand-painted masterpiece cake by Dreamcakes) and a fun party. The sweet ceremony took place at the historic First Presbyterian Church in downtown Portland where you could actually feel the love within the rafters! The classic and beyond stunning Governor Ballroom at the Sentinel Hotel was breathtaking. As Michael twirled Ande into the night, the incredible band Precious Byrd played on and kept the party going. As you can tell this was an evening to remember and we made some magic art. Loved this day and thank you Ande and Michael for trusting me with documenting your true love story! What a night!

An Indigo and Bluehour Portland Wedding

Hanna and Jacob emanate goodness. They laugh a lot together, ask a lot of questions and truly make this world a better place. For real, he is a brain surgeon and she is a researcher for childhood developmental disorders. Needless to say after getting to know them better during their oh so fun urban engagement shoot I was beyond honored to photograph their classic and elegant wedding day. With a ceremony and reception at the award-winning Blue Hour restaurant the vibe was timeless class with a modern touch and I loved every detail! Spot-on coordination from Molli and her team at Soiree Wedding Planning, stunning blooms and beautiful Chuppah from Zest Flowers and a classic cake from Dream Cakes. This wedding was so pretty to photograph and filled with so much joy! Thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your amazing wedding Hanna and Jacob!

A Stein-Boozier Barn Wedding

Imagine strolling along the french countryside on a late summer eve to find the most beautiful of antique barns. Now imagine attending a stunning dinner party in that barn surrounded with friends, wine, music, candlelight and happiness all celebrating true love. A dream day for sure; which is exactly what Ellie and Matthieu’s wedding was! After meeting in Paris, this kind and enchanting couple fell in love and had an intimate elopement beneath Bridal Veil Falls in Spring with family. To celebrate their marriage, complete with their closest family and friends, Ellie and Matthieu toasted, danced and dined beneath the stars. With a beautiful reception at the historic Stein Boozier barn with french wines, delicious food by Devil’s Food Catering, great music from Event Team Entertainment, and gorgeous florals from Brenna Burnett Florals. The party was amazing and everyone danced in delight for this great pair. Congrats Ellie and Matthieu and much love!

A Portland Golf Club Wedding

Libby and Chris’s wedding took place on a gorgeous August day at the historic Portland Golf Club and couldn’t have been more elegant, sweet or gorgeous. You can actually see the love between these two with the way they kindly treat each other, touch each other and look at each other. The details were dripping in elegance, with stunning florals from Zest complete with one of the most beautiful head tables I’ve ever seen and white and greenery accenting the grounds. Nora Sheils, with Bridal Bliss provided incredible coordination and made sure everything ran perfectly. Anna’s bridal is where Libby found her remarkable dress by Hayley Paige and her shoes (obsessed!) were from Badgely Mischka. Family and friends danced the night away with fun beats from Shawn with Event Team Entertainment and ended the night with a fun sparkler exit. Truly an enchanting wedding day and night to remember forever.

Whitney and John’s Weed Bar Wedding Goes Viral!

WOW! I had no clue that while I was photographing Whitney and John’s Oregon wedding, they would also be simultaneously making wedding history! Recently featured on the Huffington Post, USA Today, Mashable and sooo many more; Whitney and John’s legal weed bar with budtender went viral last week! Their gorgeous August 8th wedding on a private residence was rustic, fun and oh so chill. With the help of Elizabeth Corr at Bridal Bliss and an educated budtender, all the guests had a great and safe time while dancing their hearts out to a live band beneath towering pine trees. A Lake Oswego Home Wedding

Anna and Steve’s day was joyous, spiritual and simply beautiful. After being neighbors in Sellwood for awhile, this couple connected for all the right reasons. Greeting a perfect day on Oswego Lake, Anna and Steve had an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception at a private family residence. With amazing planning from Encore Events, organic and stunning florals from Botanica, and incredible food from Classic Traditions Catering, the backyard was transformed into a magical garden party space with dining and dancing that lasted into the night beneath the new moon. So many congratulations to this kind and wonderful couple!

Meredith and Peter
A San Francisco Engagement

Meredith and Peter have known and loved each other for almost two decades, theirs is a love that has transcended time, location and eras. I met up with this fun and amazing Bay area couple for their engagement shoot around the Sutro Baths, near the gorgeous Cliff House restaurant in San Francisco. We got to know each other over good cocktails and great conversation, finding so many things to connect about. We discovered our mutual love for the HBO show Silicon Valley and many hilarious quotes followed. “With doors that open like this… Not this..” being a fave!!! I’m beyond thrilled to be photographing their wedding in October at one of my favorite local venues, Youngberg Hill.
