I had the best time photographing gorgeous couple Jackie and Jordan alongside their cute pup, Buddy! We captured stunning photos amidst the classic Portland sign and downtown along the Park Blocks. I love when the Portland Art Museum has epic displays that make for interesting and artistic backdrops. We then enjoyed some VIP access to gorgeous sun kissed rooms and an incredible rooftops inside a Portland high-rise. This was quite epic as I totally love photographing on rooftops and this rooftop was non-accessible to the public, so it made the experience quite incredible. Enjoying each other’s company high above the city as the sun set below Portland, Jackie and Jordan danced and laughed together as they toasted to a bright future. Wishing these two all the love and happiness and I’m so excited to be documenting their destination wedding in Napa coming this May. Jackie and Jordan- Thank you for choosing me to capture the undeniable love you two share!

Monica & Jeremy’s Engagement
I met up with Monica and Jeremy at the Broadway Bridge for the quintessential Portland backdrop. We started their engagement photoshoot there and finished at the beautiful Hoyt Arboretum on a perfect Autumn day. These two make a very kind and cute couple who exude fun! I love that they made their engagement photos into a save the date photo card to send to family and friends. How cute are their cut outs and pin-wheels that they made together 🙂
I can’t wait to be a part of their big day at the Portland Art Museum! Congratulations on your engagement Monica and Jeremy!
Joanne and Cory
Rocky Butte Engagements
I recently met up with Joanne and Cory in NE Portland which is their old (and cute!) neighborhood. The two of them are very genuine, laid-back and fun and they make an adorable couple! We photographed their favorite theater, the Roseway, stopped for a tasty milkshake at the historic Fairley’s Pharmacy, and finished up their photoshoot with some great lighting at the Rocky Butte, which I had never been too before, so was blown away with the view and architecture. Joanne and Cory are getting married this September in Portland and we’re so excited for their wedding!
Natalie and Josh
Portland Rose Garden Engagement
We met up with Natalie and Josh at the International Rose Test Garden in Washington Park for their engagement photoshoot and it was a beautiful evening making the day even more special. Natalie and Josh are a sweet, kind and fun couple. They are getting married in Sunriver, Oregon later this month and are very excited for their wedding! We love their engagement photos and wish them the very best on their upcoming big day!
Callie and Andy and Parent Album
Callie and Andy’s incredible wedding albums, one for the couple and one for her parents, are amazing! The 11*14″ Heirloom album features 36 gorgeous pages and an upgraded metal cover, and a rich grey leather spine and back. Callie’s parent’s album is featured in a patterned black leather, looking like ostrich and features a fun cut out image on the cover of a good motto to have handy! The parent album is filled with incredible images and at 46 pages, it’s a novel of an album that every page relives the memories of their stylish wedding at Pure Space!
Courtney & Brad
Eleuthera Bahamas Wedding
Meet Brad and Courtney, an incredibly kind-hearted, fun and exuberant couple.
The rehearsal dinner was held at the beautiful Sky Beach Club. The night was filled with hip-shaking island music, a fish fry and good laughs and a hilarious toast given by Brad’s Dad.
This welcome bag was given to all the guests which had lots of thoughtful treats, a bottle of wine, a map of Eleuthera Island and the keepsake canvas beach bag, which replicated the artistic invite. This is just one example of how friendly and sweet B&C are.
Fun shots of the guys. Brad’s coat created by Portland’s own Este’s Men’s Store.
Courtney was a breathtaking bride, wearing a custom dress by Phillips Bridal, located in Portland.
The centerpieces were created using vintage tea canisters, which Courtney had been collecting for the occasion. The flowers included a colorful array of roses, zinnias, mums and tropical greens.
The wedding took place Cocodimama, an elegant and charming beach resort with an Italian rustic menu. The rooms, service, food and atmosphere were beyond amazing.
The dancing, laughs and fun went on throughout the night.
Judith Arnell created the sophisticated custom wedding bands. Danae Hernandez with I Dream of Letters was the brilliant calligrapher behind the invite design.
A relaxing and yummy good bye brunch was held the next day at the Sky Beach Club.
As I start to reminisce about the beauty and power of Courtney and Brad’s Bahamian wedding I get goosebumps, as the memories of the sea, the vivid colors and the warm-hearted nature of everyone involved starts flooding back. This makes me so happy. Brad’s genuine and caring nature and Courtney’s fun-loving and compassionate personality welcomed us and showed us why their family and friends traveled to be near them on this day. Travis and I thank you for having us there on your remarkable day.
