My oh my what a wonderful day! Christine and John and I all met up in their hometown of our nation’s capitol, Washington DC. I was greeted to the East Coast with 105* heat wave, but inspiring and monumental photo inspiration everywhere! Christine and John met and live in DC, but Christine is originally from Portland, where their Southern-inspired wedding will be held in September. Words can’t describe how magic this couple is, their energy is uplifting and fun and we had a blast all over town, including some pics in their neighborhood and at the Jefferson memorial! From our cupcake break at the Love Cafe, to the urban alleys in their hood, to the stunning dusk light at the Washington Mall… What a dream! Thank you SO much to C&J for bringing me to DC for their inspiring engagement shoot.
