To confirm your shoot time and date, please choose from a time slot below and take care of the payment via the Paypal button. This is a first come first serve set up, and I will be crossing out the times as they book. Upon paying, please leave a note for me in your Paypal or via email about your preferred time and date and a backup time that would also work for you in case of overlap.
Here are the details about the shoot: $99 for a 20 minute session around the beautiful grounds at Edgefields during the Quiet Power Strategy Summit during breaks and lunches. Includes a beautiful online gallery (active for 7 days) with up to 20 watermarked images and one final high-resolution un-watermarked image of your choice. Image comes color perfected with commercial print and web rights to make your website and brand shine! This will be emailed to you 7-10 business days after you make your selection.
The 20 final images will be online in a gallery 2-3 weeks after the shoot date and the gallery will expire after 7 days. If you need more time with your gallery, you can pay a $45 hosting fee to have it online for 30 days. You will chose your single favorite image using the image number and email that image number to me at [email protected]
Please don’t be late for your session as we have a jam-packed QPS Summit schedule and your tardiness will affect your shoot time. Please know that your $99 is non-refundable, as this confirms your date and time.
Here are a few helpful things to keep in mind about how to prepare! Dress Professionally and wear solid colors. Please don’t wear all white, as the details tend to disappear (some white is fine!) Please avoid extremely busy patterns or keep patterns to a minimum (ie. tie or scarf) You can bring multiple accessories like ties, jewelry and blazers but only things you can change on the spot. We won’t have time to have you go to a dressing room. Ladies- some light makeup is recommended to have your features pop in the photos, as professional photography can wash out some features. Ruby’s Spa on the Edgefields property is awesome and offers hair and makeup services if you’re interested. I will be emailing everyone with the final schedule and photo meeting location as soon as all the sessions are booked! There has been a lot of interest, so I do suggest you book quickly and I look forward to working with you!
